Speed helps all runners, no matter the pace, get stronger, faster, and more efficient. Take your running to the next level with this workout led by Chief Heartbreaker and Nike Running Coach Dan Fitzgerald.
The format of this workout is in minutes so all runners, 2:30 marathoners to 6:30 marathoners, 15:30 5K runners to never raced runners can have fun. You work at your speed by yourself with guidance and motivation from Dan and his team of Pacers.
Sessions are Tuesday mornings, LIVE, free & open to all.

NOTES: The Zoom link for class will be sent out by 7:15AM prior to class (it will not be in your confirmation email from Splashthat). Please do not share the Zoom link with people who have not registered as space is limited.

WHAT TO KNOW:
Please download the Zoom app to your phone before you expect to begin. Class opens 4 min before the scheduled start time You will be automatically muted upon entry and, please, stay muted unless otherwise instructed.
Zoom may cut out for a moment when disconnecting from your home wifi to cellular service. Adjust the the volume with the volume buttons on your phone. Please, be safe on the roads, obey all traffic laws, and social protocols, local masks guidance, etc. while participating in these workouts.
